Document Controller (Glove Manufacturing)

• Manage, maintain and control company documents, records and filing systems.

• Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, distribution and retrieval.

• Maintain Master List of Controlled Documents and ensure only the latest approved documents are in use.

• Coordinate document review, revision and approval with relevant departments.

• Maintain QA/QC, production, SOP, work instructions, forms and other controlled documents.

• Assist in internal, customer and external audits by providing required documents and records.

• Maintain proper hardcopy and electronic filing systems.

• Perform other duties related to document control as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Document Control, QA/QC or manufacturing environment.

• Experience in glove manufacturing / ISO / QA documentation is an advantage

• Familiar with ISO/QMS documentation and document control procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

• Good organisational, communication and follow-up skills.

• Detail-oriented, systematic and able to work independently.

• Able to work effectively with different departments in a manufacturing environment.
