Quality Inspector / QA QC Technician (CNC Large Parts)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector / QA QC Technician to inspect large CNC-machined components and ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, and required tolerances

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders to understand part requirements and inspection criteria

2. Perform first-article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of parts produced by CNC machines and other manufacturing processes

3. Generate a Quality Control (QC) report detailing inspection results, including measurements, defects, and deviations from specifications

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control

2. Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

3. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
