For recruitment agencies

Let your client shortlist with you

Share the candidates for a role with the people hiring at your client. They give a verdict on each one from a private link, and the feedback lands on your ad instead of in an email thread.

How client review works

  1. 1

Share the shortlist, not your database

Invite reviewers at your client by email. Each gets a personal link that opens without an account.

    • Pick the candidates to share from any stage, searching by name
    • Add a note on each candidate saying why you put them forward
    • Revoke a reviewer and their link stops working straight away
  2. 2

Your client gives a verdict on each one

Reviewers see each candidate’s profile, screening answers and stage, and mark them interested, maybe or not a fit, with a comment.

    • The list opens on the candidates still waiting for their verdict
    • Several reviewers at the same client each give their own view
    • Candidates never see the feedback
  3. 3

    Feedback comes back to you

Verdicts and comments show against each candidate on your ad, and the ad’s hiring managers get them by email once the client finishes a round.

    • Move a candidate to the next stage right where you read the feedback
    • Ask the client to look again after an interview
    • Tell reviewers about new or updated candidates in one click

Try it as your client

This is the page your client opens from their link, with example candidates. Give a verdict and watch the counts move. Nothing here is saved.

Built for an agency’s volume

Post for a client without naming them

Mark an ad as for a client and it goes up under your agency’s name, with “Hiring on behalf of a client” on the ad.

  • Your client’s name never has to appear
  • Once we have checked your JTKSM licence, jobseekers see you are a licensed employment agency

Turn a folder of job descriptions into ads

Drop in up to 20 PDF or Word files at once, and each becomes a draft ad written in the file’s own words.

  • Set “for a client”, how to apply and hiring stages once for the whole batch
  • Nothing goes live until you have checked it
  • Coming soon: connect your ATS and your ads stay in sync with it

Reply to applicants faster

Say in a few words what you want to tell an applicant, and AI drafts the message for you to edit.

  • Polish your own text to be more formal, friendlier or briefer
  • Nothing is sent until you press Send

Questions agencies ask

Does my client need an account?

No. Each reviewer gets a personal link by email and opens it in any browser. The link only shows the candidates you shared on that one ad.

What can my client see?

Each shared candidate’s name, photo, profile, screening answers and stage, plus any note you add. The CV, contact details, desired salary, nationality and right to work stay with you.

What happens when the ad closes?

The review page goes read-only, so your client can still see their feedback, and the link stops working 30 days after the ad’s closing date.

Who can register as an agency?

A recruitment agency with a private employment agency licence. Register as an agency and add your licence number and category, and we check them along with your company registration.

Stop chasing feedback by email

Register your agency with your licence number, post the role, and invite your client to review.
