See the few who fit, first

Post a job ad to jobseekers across Malaysia. Every applicant is read against your ad, and the few who clearly match are flagged with the reason, so your shortlist starts itself.

Forty applications on a Monday morning. Three of them are the ones you want, and they are already at the top.

See who fits, and why

Each application is read against what your ad asks for. The few who clearly match are flagged, with the reason in a sentence.

  • Start with the strongest applicants instead of reading every CV in order
  • Describe who you want in plain words, like “3+ years in Selangor who can start within a month”, and the list filters itself
  • Filter applicants by notice period, experience, qualification, state or keyword
  • Applicants who are not eligible to work in the role are marked

Then everything after the shortlist

  1. 1

Interview and talk in one place

Offer a few interview times and let the candidate pick one. It lands on your team calendar and in their calendar too.

    • Message candidates without leaving Eternity Job
    • Candidates are told when their application moves, so fewer “any update?” emails
    • Moved someone to the wrong stage? Undo it
  2. 2

Know if your ad is working

See how many people viewed your ad, how many started applying, how many finished, and how many you shortlisted and hired.

    • Where your applicants came from, including links jobseekers shared
    • How each ad is trending, while there is still time to change it
  3. 3

    Show jobseekers who you are

Your company page sits behind every ad you post, and it stays in the public company directory between hires.

    • Your logo, a banner, office photos and a few words about the company
    • Where the office is
    • Reviews from people who worked there, checked by our staff before they appear
  4. 4

    Hire as a team

Invite colleagues to your company account. Everyone works the same ads and the same applicants.

    • Owners manage the company, the team and buying credits
    • Recruiters post ads and work the applicants

And the basics, done properly

A verified tick next to your name

We check every company by hand against its registration. Once you are verified, jobseekers see the tick on every ad you post and on your company page.

  • Jobseekers apply with more confidence to a company they know is real

Pay per ad, no subscription

One credit puts an ad on the board for 30 days. Buy credits online when you are hiring, and pay nothing when you are not.

  • Credits keep for 12 months
  • Close an ad early whenever the role is filled

Write an ad people finish reading

Suggested one-line summaries for the top of your ad, so jobseekers know what the job is before they scroll.

  • Screening questions, and the option to require a CV
  • Take applications here, by email, or through your own careers page
  • Post confidentially when you cannot name the company yet
  • Every ad carries a salary range, and you choose whether jobseekers see it

Questions employers ask

How do credits work?

One credit publishes one ad for 30 days. Credits are bought online, keep for 12 months, and there is no subscription.

What do you need to verify my company?

Your company registration number, and a copy of a recent SSM e-Info company profile, or your certificate of incorporation or business registration, showing the same name and number. We check every company so jobseekers know the employer behind an ad is real, which is why ads go live and credits go on sale only once you are verified.

Can my team hire together?

Yes. Invite colleagues to your company account from the team page, and everyone works the same ads and the same applicants, each signed in as themselves. Owners also manage the company, the team and buying credits; recruiters post ads and work the applicants.

We are a recruitment agency. Can we post?

Yes. Register as an agency and add your licence number and category. Jobseekers see that the ad comes from an agency.
