Key Responsibilities
Support NPI, product transfer, and mass-production ramp-up for optical transceiver products.
Drive yield, quality, reliability, and cost improvement through data analysis and structured problem solving.
Troubleshoot product, process, and test equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support RMA/customer issues, product qualification, and technical customer discussions.
Develop and maintain BOMs, engineering documentation, test specifications, and ECOs.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Develop product debug methods and support pilot production and qualification activities.
Apply statistical and quality tools to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, NPI, or manufacturing transfer.
Experience with optical transceivers, semiconductors, PCBA, or product testing is an advantage.
Strong skills in electrical schematic interpretation, troubleshooting, data analysis, and statistical analysis.
Good understanding of BOM, product testing, NPI, yield improvement, and quality methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
