Primary Duties & Responsibilities
To support manufacturing requirements for DA and WB process.
To assist the process engineer in achieving yield targets.
To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
Responsible for revision change of documents. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Derive Continual Improvement.
Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
Education & Experience
Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
Skills
Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data

Responsibilities
Support 800G expansion and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Train and mentor new DLs, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Conduct product-level inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality control purposes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems during production.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Work closely with the R&D team to implement new product introductions.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on die attach and wirebond processes.
Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing equipment and tools.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) is preferred.
A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
