Job Summary:
Lead the Affluent & Premier Banking segment with end-to-end responsibility for customer acquisition, relationship deepening, deposit growth, and profitability. Drive the growth of CASA, FD, TIA & Multi Currency portfolios by delivering differentiated segment propositions, relationship-based pricing, and personalized customer experiences.
Responsible for increasing CASA market share, consolidating external funds, improving customer retention, and strengthening Affin's position among affluent customers while ensuring sustainable balance growth and profitability.
The role serves as the CASA business owner for the Affluent & Premier segment, accountable for customer strategy, portfolio performance, proposition development, and segment P&L outcomes, working closely with Wealth Banking, Distribution, Treasury, Digital, and Analytics teams to achieve business targets and enhance customer lifetime value.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive acquisition of new Affluent customers and upgrade eligible customers into Diventium and Invikta segments.
Grow CASA, FD, TIA, Multi-Currency balances through targeted campaigns and relationship-based propositions.
Develop and execute segment-specific pricing, privileges, and bundled banking strategies.
Consolidate external deposits and increase customer share of wallet.
Drive Fix Deposit & TIA maturity retention, renewal, and balance retention programs.
Partner with Wealth Banking, Treasury, Branch Network and Digital teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Enhance customer journeys, digital capabilities and proposition competitiveness.
Monitor segment portfolio performance, profitability, customer engagement and retention.
Identify growth opportunities through customer analytics and market intelligence.
Manage overall segment P&L, business targets and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or related.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Affluent Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management, Deposit Products, Segment Management or Retail Banking.
Strong understanding of CASA, FD, TIA, Multi-Currency products.
Experience in customer acquisition, portfolio growth and relationship management.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage profitability and business performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business transformation
