📍 Junior – Mid Level: Butterworth, Penang / Shah Alam, Selangor
📍 Senior Level: Johor Bahru, Johor
🕘 Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Junior – Middle: RM5,000 – RM7,000
💰 Senior: RM5,000 – RM8,500 (Based on experience & capability)

Their customers are mainly developers, consultants, architects, main contractors and plumbing professionals.

In simple terms, they don't just sell construction products — they provide technical solutions for building projects, from design/specification stage through to project execution.

🔧 About the Role
This is not purely a sales role. You'll combine your engineering/technical knowledge with consultative selling to understand project requirements and recommend the right solution.

What You'll Do:
• Develop relationships with developers, consultants, contractors & industry professionals
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Promote and technically explain company products & solutions
• Prepare proposals, technical specifications and tender documents
• Read & interpret construction / architectural drawings
• Conduct product briefings, presentations & technical workshops
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Work closely with internal teams to develop suitable solutions
• Cover other regions when required

👤 We're Looking For
✔ Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field
✔ Engineering background is important due to the technical nature of the solutions
✔ Technical sales / specification / construction experience is an advantage
✔ Able to understand schematic & 2D construction drawings
✔ Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✔ English & Bahasa Malaysia required
✔ Mandarin is an added advantage
✔ Willing to travel
