Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities and potential customers. Both B2B and B2C.

• Promote and sell the company's hardware & machinery/ Industrial MRO products /building material.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Follow up on orders, deliveries and payment status with customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain good customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing, warehouse and accounts, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

• Mandarin speaking is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Industrial hardware & MRO products, construction or related industries.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive and target oriented.

• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
