Ensure a strong talent pipeline and robust talent initiatives to attract, retain and develop talents to be future leaders within the Business Groups.
This includes end to end management of succession management, MDR process, drive the Graduate Trainee and Rotation Programs and communicate/market the program to internal stakeholders, create and implement Individual Development Plans.
Oversee and ensure implementation of learning and talent management practices.
