Media Sales Executive (OOH-DOOH) outdoor media- Chinese Speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and proactively approach potential B2B clients to pitch advertising spaces, media packages, and sponsorship opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies to maximize client retention and repeat business.

• Proposal Creation: Understand clients' brand objectives and customize persuasive media proposals, pitch decks, and quotations tailored to their marketing goals.

• Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from cold calling and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets (KPIs).

• Campaign Coordination: Liaise with internal operations and design teams to ensure clients' ad campaigns are launched on time, and provide post-campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, or the advertising industry. Highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Core Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch to corporate decision-makers.

• Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).

• Personal Attributes: Self-driven, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented media environment.

• Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley for client meetings.
