Customer Service Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

·       Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp’s, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services

·       Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp’s, phone

·       Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist

·       Develop relationships with customers

·       Recording customer feedback

·       Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries

·       To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.

·       To develop new potential customer / dealer.

·       To act as supporting role, to assist company achieve monthly sales target.

·       Cold calling is not required.

·       Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.

·       Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office.

·       Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

·       Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Science related.

·       Minimum 1 Year in Sales Role. Preferably medical sales experience.

·       Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.

·       Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.

·       Good Interaction & Communication Skills

·       Independent, self- discipline and motivated

·       Positive mindset
