About the role

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day facility management and building operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure work is carried out in accordance with agreed service levels, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tenants, vendors, and relevant authorities on facility-related matters.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, breakdowns, complaints, and rectification works to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in managing facility-related budgets, quotations, purchase requisitions, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, incidents, and facility operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building operations, property management, or a related field.
Good knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, facilities operations, and contractor management.
Experience in managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
