Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate QA inspectors and technicians during assigned shifts.
Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
Support production activities by providing timely quality decisions and issue resolution.
Monitor quality performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Lead containment, investigation, and disposition of non-conforming materials.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and audit requirements.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance management for QA team members.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve quality and operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Able to work 3 rotating shifts
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a high-volume high mix production environment managing production with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
Skills
Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
Computer software knowledge etc, especially in Microsoft Office.
Special knowledge: ISO and QA knowledge/QC inspection.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
