Job Description

Role: Senior Technical Manager

• A recognized degree in IT/Computer Science

• At least 10 years of working experience in web application development environment with focus on large volume transactional processing application, leading a team of developers, database admin/specialists and system analysts

• Vendor and project management experience

• Must have business requirements gathering and systems architecture experience

• Any human resources and payroll system development or implementation experience will be highly advantageous

• Good exposure to relevant new web and mobile technologies

• Highly motivated, hands-on approach and goals driven

• A good communicator and a team player
