Role Purpose
The primary role of a Processor is to attend to Unit Trust transactions for customer and ensure timely and accurate processing
Involvement and support in project/enhancement testing and verification
Incumbent must ensure strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures and operational controls. He/She must contribute as a team member to meet agreed processing turnaround time and customer service excellence
Job Responsibilities
Attend to and ensure that customers' instructions are promptly and accurately processed
Ensure that proper instructions are obtained prior to processing
Work closely with business partners to ensure that customer requirements are met
Ensure timely and proper accounts reconciliation
Perform proper documentation and archival for customer instructions, completed transactions and reports
Ensure strict compliance and adherence to Bank policies, guidelines and established procedures and policies
Ensure prompt attendance to customer feedback for timely resolution
Work closely with project team to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and verification accurately and timely

Able to multi-task independently as well as in a team
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
