Job Description
Business Performance Management
Monitor and analyze business performance against key financial and non-financial metrics
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packs
Identify business trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
Strategic Planning & Business Management
Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting exercises
Assist in the formulation and tracking of strategic initiatives and business priorities
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide updates to management
Management Reporting & Executive Presentations
Prepare high-quality management presentations, business review materials, committee papers, and executive reports
Consolidate information from multiple sources into concise and insightful presentations for senior management
Translate complex business information into clear and actionable management narratives
Sales Governance & Key Result Areas (KRA)
Support sales KRA performance tracking and KRA analysis using data from multiple sources
Monitor achievement against business targets and KRA indicators
Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and enhance sales KRA effectiveness
Support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including business, product, finance, risk, operations, and support functions
Coordinate information gathering and ensure timely delivery of management reporting requirements
Facilitate discussions, follow-ups, and execution of key business initiatives
