Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Compile, maintain and update sales data and records.
Prepare regular sales and management reports.
Assist with sales performance tracking, pipeline monitoring and data analysis.
Prepare tables, charts, dashboards and presentation materials.
Check data accuracy and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
Support ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Comfortable working with numbers and data. Knowledge of Excel formulas is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, organised and willing to learn.
Interested in gaining exposure to the banking and financial services industry.
