• Handle guest complaint

• Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B service, front office and butler service)

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM

• Preferably with those possesses of Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration or Marketing

• Preferably with working experience in the customer service industry

• Good command of English and pleasant personality
