To manage and monitor the teams that resolves problem from our customers and installs Company projects.
To manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams as well as develop the service delivery organization within the Company.
Involved in a variety of interaction with Company’s customers and the customer systems.
Ensuring the smooth running of our Customers systems and network infrastructure ensuring they get maximum benefits from them.

Job requirement

Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience with exposure in multi customer environment.
Possess of strong analytical, problem solving skills & innovative thinking
Display and apply knowledge of technologies including : Microsoft , Infrastructure Networks, network/security technologies, server virtualization and an awareness and understanding of additional software programme and technologies relevant to technical infrastructure environments
Knowledge of installing, configuring and administrating Microsoft desktop, Server operating systems and storage systems
A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders
To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner
