Job summary

We're looking for a driven Lighting Sales Executive to promote our brands, support new product launches, and build strong client relationships — lighting industry experience is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

• Promote existing brands and support new product launches into the market

• Support budget planning, expenditure tracking, and help the team meet assigned sales targets

• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans based on customer needs and trends

• Gather and analyse market data to prepare reports for management

• Assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and identify new opportunities

• Support day-to-day sales operations, performance tracking, and forecasting

• Take ownership of meeting individual and team sales targets

• Build long-term client relationships and support strategic partnerships

• Stay current with industry trends through training, conferences, and networking

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (strong sales experience also considered)

• Own transport and valid driving license

• 2–5 years' experience in marketing/sales; lighting industry experience an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and travel as required
