Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers for our pallet, packaging and logistics-related solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused and comfortable working in a B2B environment

Keys Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research

• Generate leads and actively approach potential customers within the manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and industrial sectors

• Promote and sell the company's pallet, packaging and related solutions to new and existing customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and key accounts

• Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations, and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities

• Plan and support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions and networking events

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms and marketing materials

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management

• Travel when required for customer visits, business development and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess own transportation and able to drive

• Willing to travel when required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, responsible and proactive

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of marketing or social media is an advantage

• 2 year working experience is required.
