About the Company

Automate System Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is a distributor and solutions provider for printing and office technology. Our portfolio includes Canon printers, photocopiers and MFPs, selected Epson products, document scanners, interactive flat panels, printing paper and consumables. We support businesses and organisations with complete solutions backed by sales, after-sales service, technical support and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time | Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,500 per month (basic + allowance + commission)

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Canon printers, photocopiers, MFPs, Epson products, scanners, interactive flat panels and consumables to business and institutional customers.

• Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold calling, site visits and referrals across industries such as corporate offices, education, government and SMEs.

• Understand customers' printing and document needs, then recommend suitable equipment, rental or purchase options and ongoing consumables supply.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and product demonstrations, and follow up through to deal closure.

• Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets assigned.

• Build long-term customer relationships, working with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation and after-sales support.

• Handle renewals, upselling and repeat orders for contract customers and consumables.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree in any field.

• At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in office equipment, printers, photocopiers, IT hardware or B2B sales is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven and target-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Honest, responsible and customer-focused.

• Own transport and valid driving licence (required for client visits).

• Willing to travel outstation when required.
