Accounting cum HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR and GL.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.

• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Assist with cash flow monitoring and reconciliation.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties when required.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports and statutory submissions.

• Ensure accounting transactions comply with company policies and relevant Malaysian accounting/tax requirements.

• Assist with e-Invoice implementation and related accounting processes.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

• Monthly Payroll calculation.

• Submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDC on time.

• Maintain people culture and assist in yearly training planning.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Familiar with AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, tax and related statutory requirements.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.

• Mandarin speaking is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
